To place your order, please select the desired number of magnets at checkout and upload your high-resolution images. Payments can be made via PayPal or e-transfer directly on our website.
Since these are custom orders, a 50% is required before we begin processing your order. The turnaround time for orders is 48-72 hours. For orders needed in under 48 hours, please contact us for availability; a rush fee may apply. **Refund Policy** All orders are non-refundable. However, if there is a problem with the material of the magnet, we will provide a replacement. We do not issue refunds for low-resolution images or those that are not bright enough or too dark. We do offer image adjustments for an additional fee. **Pickup Information** Pickup is available in the North end of Brantford, near Toys R Us. Specific details will be provided when your pickup notice is sent. Full payment must be received before or at the time of pickup.
